Although the flue gas temperature drops to 50-80°C after desulfurization, the flue gas still contains strong corrosive media such as hydrogen fluoride and chloride, and has a high moisture content, which increases the chance of corrosion of the inner wall of the chimney flue. When designing the chimney flue It should be considered that the flue gas temperature without wet desulfurization in emergency conditions is as high as 150-200°C, so the wet desulfurization chimney flue has high requirements for anti-corrosion and temperature resistance.
1. FRP chimney structure: It is composed of lining layer, structural layer and outer surface layer from the inside to the outside. It is divided into several structures such as self-standing, zipper type, tower type, sleeve type or multi-tube type. It adopts the integral winding molding process and has excellent mechanical properties, which is particularly suitable for the operating conditions of coal-fired power plants.

1. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, which are better than titanium-nickel alloy and have long service life;
2. Small specific gravity, large diameter, light weight, high strength, low cost, lower cost than foam glass bricks, titanium-nickel alloy plates, etc.;

4. Operation and maintenance costs are zero, and require less maintenance than foam bricks and flake coatings;
5. The overall structure has no corrosion weak points, eliminating solder joint corrosion, hydrogen corrosion, metal corrosion and electrochemical corrosion.
